SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR SACS SOFTWARE ("Supplemental Agreement")
IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY - These SACS system components, including any "online"
or electronic documentation ("SACS Components") are subject to the terms and
conditions of the agreement under which you have licensed the applicable SACS system
product.
NOTE: ONLY existing SACS Release 5.2 SP2 Sublicensees that are under a VALID, ACTIVE and CURRENT
maintenance and update (MUS) agreement or a VALID, ACTIVE and CURRENT lease agreement and
are NOT IN ARREARS in the payment of any invoices from Sublicensor for services are
authorized to install, copy or otherwise use the SACS components contained in this
installation. If you do not have a VALIDLY sublicensed copy of SACS, you are NOT
authorized to install, copy or otherwise use the SACS components and you have NO RIGHTS
under this Supplemental Agreement.
