Seastate: (Version number 6.0.1.7)

  1. Corrected the problem where the program did not calculate tapered wide flange weight when the sections from the library were used.
  2. The repeated load combination ID is now printed in the OCI file.

Flotation/Upending: (6.0.1.5)

  1. A warning massage when LEGDEF definition contains only one member has been implemented.
  2. Increased the internal storage to prevent the program from crashing when model contains a large number of load records.

PRE (Version 6.0.14)

  1. Modified the program to set the default initial ring spacing for hydrostatic code check to infinite.
  2. Corrected the problem of pressure load on the shell element.

Post/Postvue (Version 6.0.0.14/15)

  1. Corrected the problem where Postvue produces an incorrect member detail report if only partial load cases are activated.
  2. AISC Working Stress  and AISC LRFD 13 the edition code checks for tubular members have been modified to use same Cm values as used in the API code of practice.
  3. The API LRFD hydrostatic code check has been corrected
  4. Add an option to use API minimum length when the extended chord length does not meet the API minimum requirements for API RP2A 21st Edition Errata and Supplement 2 recommendations.
  5. Corrected the problem where the critical condition of Hydrostatic check was being misreported as HOOP instead of HYDR.
  6. Fixed the problem where program crashed when segmented members were defined in the SPAN designation.
  7. Fixed the problem where the recalculate button on the Member Review dialog box was not activated for LRFD code.
  8. The default length for the initial ring spacing for a hydrostatic code check has been changed from member length to infinity.

Global Loading: (Version Number 6.0.1.5)

  1. Enhanced the program to support the new member load method implemented in SACS Release 5.2  Service Pack 2.

Joint Can: (Version 6.0.1.14)

  1. Fixed the problem where Joint Summary Report was not being generated when a T connection had zero load in the brace.
  2. Fixed the program to prevent it from crashing when brace had zero in-plan bending.
  3. Fixed the program to prevent it from crashing when unity check report level is defined and all the strength check ratios are less than the defined report level.
  4. The effective chord length calculation has been changed so that the API minimum chord length is used when extended chord length does not meet API minimum, warning massage issued for joints can be skipped by entering “S” in column 70 of JCNOPT line.

PSI: (Version 6.0.1.10)

  1. Fixed the problem where the common solution file produced by PSI was not compatible with other modules when solid elements were included in the model.

Wave Response: (Version 6.0.1.5)

  1. Fixed the problem where Ochi-Hubble wave spectrum had numerical problems in calculating the spectrum value for low frequencies resulting in a NaN (Not a Number) message for random wave time history analysis.

Dynpac  (Version 6.0.1.6)

1.      Corrected the problem where Dynpac did not write complete information to the common solution file when the model contained solid elements.

Combine  (Version 6.0.1.5)

1.      Fixed the problem where the Combine program crashed when using a common solution file that was generated from a model containing solid elements.

2.      Corrected the problem where the Combine program produced wrong member loads when combining combinations of load cases when the number of output load cases exceeded 100.

Tow (Version 6.0.1.7)

1.      Fixed the problem where "Exclude Structure Weight" was used on a MOTION line and the Tow program assumed it was applied to all subsequent MOTIOJN lines.

Collapse (Version 6.0.1.26)

1.      Correction to the reporting of the rotational stiffness of non-linear springs.

2.      Corrected the importation of loads applied to fixed DOF’s.

3.      Corrected the batter joint name  printing problem when  batter is defined by coordinates.

Ring

  1. The ring interface was executing the incorrect calculations executable.

Fatigue: (Version 6.0.1.11)

  1. WJ1 S-N curve has been modified to apply improvement factor to chord only as recommended by API RP2A 21st Edition Errata and Supplement 3.
  2. Program locks during time history fatigue analysis, this has been fixed.
  3. Fixed the problem where diagnostic report was being printed if the model contained connections exceeding the validity limit  when the validity report option was not turned on.
  4. The Member Fatigue Detail Report has been enhanced to include the Safety Factor Override defined in JNTOVR line in reported damage ratio.
