SACS Precede 6.1.1.12
Below is a list of corrections and enhancements. Numerous other changes have been made to correct issues encountered by users.
- Wind areas and submerged
areas and volumes are now displayed and may be selected.
- The model checker now does a
more thorough check on plates.
- The problem with reversing
joints on members with local loads has been fixed.
- Drag has been added under the
Seastate loading menu item.
- A “Set all values to last
plate selected” has been added to the Plate/Details menu item.
- The Report menu item has been
updates to maintain a visual display of all joints, members, plates,
shells and solids selected to report.
- View bins are now limited to
a maximum of 6 and each bin may contain a maximum of 30 views. These
limits were implemented for compatibility with Postvue.
- The section library file
being used is now output in the model file on a **MSLF record.
- The joint naming convention,
lower case option and output sorting option is now output in the model
file in a **JNCV record.

Below is a list of corrections and enhancements. Numerous other changes have been made to correct issues encountered by users.
- Multisegmented tapered members may now be defined.
- Load condition, weight group, and all identification names may now contain any printable special character.
- Multiple views may now be printed with one command.
- Self weight of concentric tubulars with grout between them has been corrected.
- Definition of the dented tubular section has been corrected.
- Problems with placing loads on a series of members has been corrected.
- Several problems with exporting a DXF file have been corrected.
- Temperature loads (member and plate) problems have been fixed.
- Model may be printed in black and white in addition to grey scale.
- Corrections have been made to concrete groups and sections.
- Editing of specified deflections has been fixed.
- Several problems with Seastate (wave, wind, current) definitions have been fixed.
- Plate pressure loads direction has been fixed.
- Errors in defining Reynold’s number data has been fixed.
- Some places where the screen was not being refreshed have been fixed.
- Multiple member modification problem has been fixed.
- Problems with displaying volumes has been fixed.
- Exporting to PDF has been fixed.
- LoadID fields now accept all characters except blank spaces as input.

Precede 6.1.0.16 Changes
- Defining a joint spring will now set the corresponding fixity on that joint.
- The centroid of a wind area may now be selected as a joint on the screen.
- The cut/copy/paste keyboard shortcuts are now supported in all dialog boxes.
- The automatic gapping offset generation has been corrected to include multiple iterations and the speed has been significantly improved. However, the Undo/Redo feature will not be supported.
- Summation of loads now include plate pressures applied to plate groups in addition to single plates.
- Elevations may be added to the top of the jacket.
- Changes were made to improve the precision of several quantities in the output model file.
- Corrections were made in the handling of concrete properties.
- Views may be correctly saved and reentered.
- The total distributed load option on members has been corrected.
- The generation and sum of loads of plate pressure loads on areas and on individual plates has been corrected.
- Deleted load conditions are not removed from load combinations, LCSEL, LCFAC, and AMOD cards.
- Added model file backup feature.
- Fixed system crash when deleting joints with “Delete or alter all reference model data” checked.
- Fixed system crash when exporting models to DXF with member without properties.
- Fixed system crash when deleting a loads by loadid in a load condition
SACS Seastate 6.1.0.3
Corrected problem in SEASTATE where LCFAC lines were duplicating load cases from proceeding LCFAC lines.

Corrected an issue related to Chartvue not launching in certain circumstances.
SACS Executive 5.3.0.103
- Corrected a problem with setting “Ignore Local Key” in Executive
Settings not being taken into account until program is restarted
- Corrected a problem with a Linear Static Analysis containing Postvue Database Generation using a SACS Network Key.
The user received the following error message: "PSV Generator - Error - All licenses for this module on
the network key are currently checked out.(17170)"
SACS Executive 5.3.0.102
- Corrected a problem where executing
a Linear Static Analysis requires checkout of a key license for Combine regardless
of whether Combine is specified in the current runstream, causing execution to fail
if there is no license for Combine permitted on the key.
- Corrected a problem with Post Processing
Element Check runs not creating the updated common solution file.
- Corrected a program which caused
the program to fail when user selects reset default values in user settings
dialog.
- Corrected a problem with not displaying
file extensions in the file window if the Windows File Explorer setting is not displaying
file extensions for known types. This caused context menu associations in SACS 5.3
file window to fail.
- Corrected a problem where Postvue
Database Creation was not taking "Use Post Input File" options into account.
- Added ability to copy error log
to the clipboard.
